Parinama- The Only Constant is Change

I arrived home from studying yoga therapy for 2 weeks
in Long Island to big changes. My long-time boss who
supports all that I do with yoga had resigned. I
found myself going to a place of fear, wondering how
things might change for me and the program. I stayed
with the fear for a day and it did not feel good. I
decided to change my perspective and think about this
change as one that would bring new prana into my
life. It is even possible that the new boss will have
some fresh ideas to promote the program and the
program could shift to a new place that I had never
dreamed of. When I stay with these thoughts and
feelings, suddenly everything becomes lighter. I
begin o trust the universe more, knowing that
whatever happens will be for my highest good.
